Went in for a scheduled service. All personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The work was done right on schedule and completed in an incredibly a short time! This is typical of all my experiences at Sunset.

No one came to get me from the lobby when my service was completed.

I broke down and had to be towed. We just had a repair the week before so it was annoying. Todd squeezed it in for a mechanic to look at it. It was something not under warranty and had to be ordered. We had to borrow a car from our friends. It's never fun when your car breaks down but Todd, the Service Manager did a great job.
